However, in instance, where the group plan does not permit electronic submission of claims or your plan does not allow assignment of dental benefits to the dental office, you will be required to cover the cost of the dental fees on the day of the treatment and submit a standard dental claim form to your insurance provider to get the amount reimbursed.
